Ly Minh Tuyen
Counselling PsychologyTuyen is a counsellor with a background in Counselling Psychology and Art Therapy. She works primarily with young adults and individuals who may be navigating relationship difficulties, struggles with self-esteem and identity, emotional challenges, or periods of uncertainty and transition.
Tuyen believes that people do not always need someone to tell them what to do. Sometimes, what they need is a safe space where they can be honest about what they are going through, feel heard, and begin to understand themselves with greater honesty.
Her approach is warm, attentive, and non-judgmental. Rather than providing ready-made answers, she works alongside clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns, helping them find their own understanding and a way forward that feels right for them.
Tuyen holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and has completed extensive training in counselling based on the psychological principles of Alfred Adler through the Institute for Counselling Life and Marriage (ICL), Germany, and PowerOfChange Vietnam. Her training included lifestyle exploration, family of origin, personality, encouragement, emotional processing, and inner healing.
She has also received training in Art Therapy from the Korean Art Therapy Association and has experience providing one-to-one counselling support through volunteer work with PowerOfChange Vietnam, as well as supporting mental-health initiatives and workshops for international students in South Korea.
Tuyen hopes to offer a space where you do not have to have everything figured out before you begin—and where you can feel safe enough to talk honestly, understand yourself more clearly, and take the next step at your own pace.
Here, you are heard.
